Will I be refunded if I can’t make a class?

I ask that you give 12 hours notice. If less, the credit will have to be used for another class, but it will not be refunded.

Can I bring a friend to an individual and/or group session?

Sure! The more the merrier. I ask to be notified at least 6 hours in advance and they will be subject to the $30 Personal Group Session fee.
