The services that I provide are individual and/or group sessions with talks intertwined.

Trainees must sign a waiver and informed consent form that will be provided. If a trainee would like, an optional non-disclosure agreement can also be signed for reassurance.

I am not a licensed therapist. I will not prescribe you or diagnose you with anything. If I believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or others, I will be forced to act accordingly.

I hold a certification that is accredited by the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies). I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
